Data Entry Clerk Job Description

I need to draft a job description for a part-time temporary Data Entry Clerk. The clerk will be responsible for the data entry for gifts in response to our public phase mailing which includes the option to "buy a brick." So they will be responsible for the entry and tracking of the brick text. Any help would be appreciated.
