Does anyone know a way that specific folders and subfolders from someone's Outlook 2003 email pst file can be isolated, copied and sent to another email account?

Harriet,
One way would be to
File->Folder->Copy Folder and choose a public folder that the other person can access.
You can also share permission to that folder with another use by right-clicking the folder and giving permission to the other party.
You can Select All of the emails in the folder and File-Save As, which would create a single, combined txt file, but you can't create a pst file that way.

The problem is that I cannot figure out how to isolate specific folders from a user's email pst file. I can copy the entire pst file and move it to another user's location, but the request was to copy 3 specific folders from within that file. The user did not want to have to forward each individual email.

I think you can archive specific folders/subfolders to a new .pst file (one folder at a time), then the new user can attach that .pst file to his outlook and open it.
