Rep Power: 0  | Access Report Help Needed I am a rookie Access user and the Forum has helped me in the past with an Access table and report, so I'm hoping that you can help again.
I have a phone directory in an Access database table and a report set up also in Access to print the directory.
My problem is--I have added two new entries for the directory in the Access database table and have sorted the table.
The new entries are in the correct order in the Access database table, but when I preview the Access report the two new entries are listed first on the report with the rest of the directory in correct alphabetical order following them.
How do I get the two new entries to fall into the correct place in the report?
Please help...I need to have this report ready for distibution by March 1.
