This is a small issue, but an annoyance nonetheless...when you go to a constituent record to edit their e-mail address, is there any way to click on the e-mail field WITHOUT causing Outlook to attempt to open to send an e-mail? I appreciate that function when I actually want to send a message, but not when I want to edit an address, which actually happens more often. Thanks!

I tend to click in the field to the left (Type) and then tab over to the address field.

Thanks for asking. I've solved this in the past by changing the phone type to something like "fax" - making the correction - and then changing the phone type back. It works - but I have to scold myself for those times I forget to reset the phone type back to email. Peter has just saved me that future aggravation!
