Isn't it annoying that, on the Mail function (at least on my version of RE), you can't resize the window (or resize the columns)? - this is especially challenging when dealing with mailings with large numbers of segments, or queries with long names which you want to view.

the ability to resize all windows in RE is something we've consistently raised with Blackbaud both through requesting it be created as an "add me to the list" in knowledgebase and in person at the conferences. In response, they have asked us to prioritize which windows are more important to have this funcationality, and we have actually made some headway. I don't recall which ones have been updated since we started this campaign (I'm sure others can chime in... I think they began working on this seriously in the release of 7.71?) but it's definitely something Bb seems to be committed to working on over time.

Well, that's positive. Although it doesn't stop me wishing that they'd included that in the original GUI design! [grin] Still, fingers crossed ... thanks for the update.
