After setting up e-receipting in Raiser's Edge, I have noticed that the pdf file that is attached to the email is 6MB in size. When I convert the same word document to a PDF without RE, it is no more than 150KB. Does anyone know how to adjust the settings in some way so that the PDF receipt generated by RE is much smaller than 6MB?
