Hi! Another amateur question from me!

I'm trying to add new labels for my marketing officer and faced the problem when I want to choose the label Brands. What is listed in Raiser Edge is only brands like Cheshire and Avery. However, my company is using Herma.

How will i be able to add in new brands of label.

It is most probable that on your label box it will give you the equivalent Avery size code. I know that many off-brands and house brands do indicate that. If not, the label selection in RE also gives the size and layout of the label.

Most often, yes you can do that. I would run some test pages to be sure but it should work.

No matter the brand I typically have problems with the labels from Mail being too high and adding a space at the top is too much. I often have to go to export and create a simple word merge and do my labels that way.

run your test on a blank peice of paper, then put it behind a sheet of balnk
labels. Hold both sheets up to a bright light to check your alignment.
