hi, everyone
we want send a acknowledgement letter to the donor if we received his Matching Gift payment (MG paycash), but i have a problem to bring the Matching Gift Company name into the merge doc

Gift Type: MG Pay-Cash
Fields to Include : Gifts.Matching Company(1)
Gifts.PlgMatching Co(1)
but i got nothing from those fields, does anyone know?
I haven't tried to pull those fields in, but can share how we do let donor know MG was received.
Our acknowledgement of gifts received is a customized letter of receipt. For matching gifts I just add a "CC - donor name" and we run a second copy of that letter. Saves me some work. Sometimes our director will add a personal handwritten "thank you" when he signs the letter.
I think the problem is that you're asking for Matching Company--which is the company that has an MG pledge for a particular gift. That doesn't exist for an MG Pay gift, because you're not expecting a match for the payment of a matching gift. The company is the donor of the gift you're looking at.
