Can anyone give me some advice on how to insert RE fields into an IF field in word document?

Basically if Key Indicator = Organization word would insert Friends but if not an organization it would default to the Salutation drawn from Rasiers Edge.

I have worked out how the formula should look when going to Insert Word Field, If..then..else. I just don't know how to insert the RE field for Salutation into the formula.

I create the forumula first and put in a substitue word or even just XXX for the formula and save it like that.

Then I make sure my document is showing field codes (alt-F9) then I remove the substitue word and insert the RE field.

Thank you so much Melissa! It has been driving me crazy how to get this done. I knew it would probably be something really simple...

At least I don't have to think about it over the weekend now.
