I'm having a problem with my reminders. I'm selecting a specific query every month when I run reminders, but when I merge them into Word I'm finding that they're not the same as when I select export (by about 10 or 20). Any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong? I can't seem to find a common factor...

Are you saying that the actual merge is dropping records, or you get a different count when running a query vs. running an export?

Are you using mail to do your receipts. If so, something in Mail is likely excluding some of your donors (no send mail checkbox on address, no valid address checked, inactive records, deceased records, etc.)

You'll need to look at those that are being dropped and see if they have any similarity to troubleshoot this.

Yes, the actual merge is dropping records. I haven’t had a chance to go through all of them yet, but the few I have checked I can’t see why they’re not merging…they have a good address, send mail is checked, send reminders is checked, installment date is within my set date range. They’re not marked inactive or deceased. I’ll keep looking, but thought maybe someone had a similar problem. Thanks!

Are the installments that are due in the time period you have set already paid?
