Rep Power: 0 | I've actually gone through the trouble of saving them as .doc files. I produce the letters by batch, so I have a file called "receipts", then in there I have each quarter as another file, then the receipt batch word documents get saved by batch number. The thank you's get saved in another file in the quarterly ones called "Thank yous" (original, eh? ) It seems like a lot, but they're nested appropriately and anyone can refer back to the letters or receipts if need be, and they're easy to find. I only keep the current and previous year's on file. |
