What do folks use/do for year-end giving summaries for donors? Mail? Reports?
We usually send them to donors who give more than 5k/year or who do monthly gifts. The woman who's run them since we bought RE took another job, and i"m having trouble with the documentation - it looks like I'm supposed to use the Constituent Giving History report, but that doesn't seem to want to print our separate pages for each donor, so I hope I'm missing something.
