Rep Power: 0  | Salutation problems in Quick Letter I'm trying to create a Quick Letter in mail to send to my members. When I get to the Fields to Include it has a limited number which includes "Consituent Information. Salutation" and "Constituent Information. Addressee". But when I merge my letter, both of these are the same and they are not the same as the Addressee and Salutation I have inputed into their records. I have made them all "Mr. & Mrs. David Jones" as addresee and Salutation as "Mr. & Mrs. Jones" - but when I merge my letter, I get "David Jones" for both. I can't figure out why or how I get my actual addressee and salutations into my letters. Can I add them to my fields to include somehow? |
