Exclamation Mail Merge Wizard Error: Method '~' of object '~' failed.
I am receiveing the following error message when I use the Mail Merge Wizard:

Error: Method '~' of object '~' failed.

I looked up the issue in the KB and found solution: BB127210

I went thorugh all the steps (twice) and am still getting the error message, I just want to create some acknowledgement letters.

I hope one of you can help me faster than Blackbaud support can.

BB support asked me to uninstall MS Office and RE7 and then reinstall MS Office and RE7. That did the trick. Case closed
