Membership and Database Manager, ME
The Natural Resources Council of Maine, the state’s leading environmental advocacy organization, seeks an experienced development professional for the position of Membership and Database Manager. The successful candidate will manage member cultivation, retention, and upgrade strategies for 4,000 households. He or she also supports new member recruitment by coordinating direct mail campaigns and participating in outreach and public relations events. The Membership and Database Manager oversees NRCM’s institutional database. NRCM is located in the state capital, Augusta, which is on the banks of the Kennebec River and a little over an hour’s drive to Portland, the coast, and the mountains. Additional Qualifications: We seek a colleague with at least 3 years of development success, a professional with exceptional judgment about people and excellent communications, organizational, and analytical skills.
