DONOR RELATIONS COORDINATOR

UNIVERSITY ADVANCEMENT
The Donor Relations Coordinator will provide support within the Division of ersonName> University Advancement ersonName> to strengthen relationships with donors. The Donor Relations Coordinator will assist in the development of university-wide acknowledgment processes, special donor recognition initiatives, reports to donors and endowed accounts, gift clubs and related initiatives, and other projects as identified. Assist with receiving, investigating, and responding to donor inquiries regarding gifts and acknowledgments. Assist with monitoring constituent giving levels for the purpose of providing assistance with the management of gift societies and clubs. Assist with the developing and implementing strategies fo ersonName> r s ersonName> tewardship of gift club and society members, including premiums and special events. Assist with acknowledging and responding to information received on personal and professional events and achievements of current and potential donors. Perform other job related duties assigned.
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing or closely related field (official transcript required at time of application) and one (1) year of fundraising, public relations and/or custome ersonName> r s ersonName> ervice experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience. Special event coordination experience desired. Excellent skill in leadership, project management, organization, teamwork and negotiation. CONTACT: Stacey Lyons
