The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is hiring an individual to serve as the Business Intelligence Specialist for the Office of University Development. This position will support both new and expanded service responsibilities of the Office of University Development, which provides all onor/alumni reporting (including, but not limited to, publication mail files – snail and email, invitation mail files, honor rolls, event management) for the Chancellor, all Colleges, all major administrative units (Library, CRI, et al), all University Divisions, the UNC Charlotte Foundation and the Athletics Foundation. The business intelligence specialist will develop reports, systems and integrated solutions after analyzing client needs and existing system/module capabilities. The business intelligence specialist will translate existing reports of the legacy donor/alumni information system (Millennium) and will be a key member of the team converting Millennium and Envisage (Athletics Foundation gift processing system) to Banner Advancement. The business intelligence specialist will be integral to the data migration to Banner from these legacy systems. The business intelligence specialist position is consistent and dovetails seamlessly with chief information officer’s vision for enterprise information management (EIM) and reporting at UNC Charlotte. This position will be a power/super user/reporter under the CIO’s construct.
