Director of Development Services, PA
The Museum is seeking a Director of Development Services to oversee all aspects of Development's data management. This includes the Raiser's Edge donor management system, P!N Prospect research screening software, and any other technology-related fundraising activities. This position will create and oversee the production of all financial reports for the Development Department, track revenue and expenses, oversee gift processing procedures and data management, and conduct necessary training. The Director of Development Services works closely with the Museum's Department of Information Services (IS) as well as all Development staff, Membership staff, Data Center, Web Team and the Finance Office to achieve shared objectives. This position also manages the daily workflow & priorities of one direct report. Requirements include a Bachelors degree with 7+ years experience in Development/non-profit information systems/budget/management in positions of increasing responsibility. Three to five years Raisers Edge experience. Demonstrated skills in staff training, data management and analysis. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and flexibility a plus. Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality of information.
