Under general direction from the AVP Advancement Services, this position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Operations team comprised of Transaction Processing, Biographical Records, Pledge Billing and Correspondence, and Document Imaging.  The Director of Operations must have a comprehensive understanding of the overall responsibilities of Advancement Services and is responsible for the overall direction and management of the Operations Department within Advancement Services. The selected candidate will have experience managing a multi-functional department, developing budgets, assisting in program development, developing and implementing policies, human resource management, data integrity and quality control.  Experience dealing with top level executives is desired.  Must be able to work in a high pressure, deadline driven environment and be a strong decision maker.  Individual will have excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
