Job Summary: The Donor Services Senior Analyst provides analytical support to the donor services effort; provides business plan and project plan support to the DSO manager, and helps with keeping all DSO plans on track for completion; provides analysis expertise to the DSO manager as needed; records and transcribes minutes for all standing partnership group meetings; sends task reminders to group(s) members; and undertakes other duties/tasks as assigned by the DSO manager. Responsibilities: The Sr. Analyst will provide analytical support to the donor services effort, including daily/weekly/monthly reports of donor case workload progress, conduct donor services surveys as needed, analyze survey data received and provide survey reports for partners, and all of Development; tracks donor services trends; Provide business plan and project plan support to the DSO manager, including working with DSO manager in developing annual business plan for the office and breaking down business plan into project plans; tracks project plan tasks timeline to assist in keeping plan on track for completion; records and transcribes minutes for all standing partnership group meetings and sends task reminders to group(s) members; and manages Donor Services internal DSO directory, including SOPs, vision/mission statement, support documents, manuals, and meeting minutes Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years experience in Customer Service, Donor Relations, Development or University Advancement, or have a combination of experience in these three areas plus demonstrated knowledge of knowledge of basic customer service philosophies. Must have good analytical and research skills; knowledge of customer survey planning and analysis and strong abilities in project planning and tracking. Must have the ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking, manage multiple tasks, and excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills. Must be proficient in knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products, as well as, having excellent knowledge of other advanced computer systems, especially database and spreadsheet management.
