Reports to the Director of Technology with secondary report to the Director of Institutional Advancement
Primary responsibilities include day-to-day second-level and third-level support, configuration, customization and maintenance of administrative database software packages, database management and web development/content management. Secondary responsibilities include day-to-day desktop technical support and providing customized training users on key software packages.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience working with SQL, .NET, FileMaker Pro, Crystal Reports and entire suite of Blackbaud Projects (Education Edge, Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge and NetCommunity) as well as other content management solutions.
