Raiser's Edge Programmer/Trainer Clemson University

With this commitment, Clemson is seeking a Training Manager/Programmer for Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge.
Under general supervision, this position will serve as training manager/programmer for a moderately complex alumni/donor database managed with Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge software. Training responsibilities include designing, documenting, and implementing a training plan for users of Raiser's Edge. Programming responsibilities include designing, programming, testing, documenting and implementing programs, queries, and reports using Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge software and Crystal Reports.
The minimum qualifications for this position are a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and six months experience in computer-oriented training and six months experience in programming/system development or modification. Experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree on a year-to-year basis.
A qualified applicant should also have knowledge of computer systems analysis, structured programming techniques, testing procedures, and documentation. Knowledge of Raiser's Edge, SQL, and standard fund-raising practices are preferred.
