Based in the Development Department
You will take the day-to-day responsibility for the operational needs of the two fundraising databases in the department - Raiser's Edge (MS SQL) and Visual Alms (FoxPro). The work includes producing reports, data extracts and data cleaning, as well as helping users to help solve problems, monitoring consistency of use and providing on-the-job training.
You will have a good knowledge of database systems - specific experience of either Raisers' Edge or Visual Alms gained in fundraising context would be an advantage; an accurate approach to work where attention to detail is paramount as are good interpersonal and communication skills.
