We are presently seeking a Director of Finance and Operations for our Advancement Department. We are seeking a skilled financial professional to manage financial reporting and analysis, donor record and stewardship systems and a variety of other operations that support nationwide fundraising activities. This position reports to the Chief of Advancement Officer and works closely with Gift Officers and major donors. Qualified applicants should have a B.A. in Finance or an MBA, prior experience in large operation budgeting, financial forecasting and financial and operations background in a non-profit environment.
