Session Description: If your Web strategy doesn’t address the specific needs of major donors, you’re missing opportunities for building relationships with the donors with the greatest potential to impact your organization. In this session, Charlie Cumbaa, Blackbaud’s Vice President of Products and Services, will go over the keys to building and enhancing relationships with major donors online, as well as review the keys for integrating the Internet into your Major Gift strategy. Additionally, Mr. Cumbaa will review some of the leading major donor sites on the Internet today.
Participants will be provided an overview of the keys to effectively integrating major gift and ePhilanthropy programs. Learning objectives include:
Assess your current major giving programs and identify the most effective ways to leverage the Internet
Collect vital information and use analytic and modeling tools to identify your best prospects both online and offline
Enhance cultivation activities and build better relationships through donor-specific targeted content and online communities
Automate key processes to improve responsiveness and services to major donors
