I'm looking for some other TIE users here in SC. We implemented it over 6 months ago, but I still can't get a handle on this software & how we can make the most of it. Is there anyone in SC that wouldn't mind me visiting them for half a day to see how you work with? Lunch at your favorite neighborhood restaurant would be my treat!!
I'm at Clemson University and we're using TIE. We've had quite the struggle with this product, too. We're not using it at its fullest potential, but we are using it. We produce some reports from it on a regular basis. We don't do any pivot reports or anything really fancy. We would be interesting in getting together with you and some other TIE users, too, to see if we can get more out of the product. Feel free to drop me an email if you'd like to pursure further.
