Hi all,
We're thinking about signing up with igive.com (a percentage of purchases made online are given back to your organization) or with another local online group that attracts local donors and lists groups worthy of their donations. They take a bit off the top to cover processing charges. Has anybody on this forum used services like these? Do folks have positive/negative responses to their experience? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

We signed up with igive.com and publicized it in our newsletter and that brought in a couple of dollars. To make any real money, constituents might need to be encouraged frequently to make their online purchases this way. I use it when I think of it, and it's quite easy. The only problem is more email messages than I would care to receive from "betty@igive.com". I have an email address I just use for online purchases, so it is only a minor nuisance.
