Jeff Montgomery at Palmetto tech has a deep background in FE and RE as a developer and is on his own now. Customizations / Custom solutions can mean a number of things but if you need someone to write custom code for plug-ins or addon apps then he's great. He is not an application consultant/trainer

I agree. I'm looking for someone that can design some Crystal Reports (lack of time on our part) for FE. The quote I got from Blackbaud is outrageous. It's not so much the $/hr but the number of hours they say it's going to take.
