Is it possible to automate delivery of reports? Either to set up a time for delivery or maybe have it go out whenever a change had been made?

FE has an add-on module called Queue that will allow you to set up reports and have them automatically print or be delivered via email.

Ask your account rep about it. I think it's a fairly cheap add-on.
