For those of you who are not able to go to this year's conference in South Carolina. Please join us as we gather with our tea or coffee for an afternoon chat. We will meet between 2-4pm Charleston time on Monday October 23rd. I am in the process of trying to find an "activity" but not coming up with any good ideas. If you can think of anything please share and I will do my best to make it happen.
Happy Tuesday All!

Our coffee "meeting" will take place about 24 hours after the User Group meeting at the conference.
Maybee.................our friends who are attending the conference would like to let us know how it's going, how their meeting turned out - if the "list" of suggestions that is going to be presented was received warmly,or had thumbs down, or whatever.
We could, as part of our "meeting" discuss whatever they wanted to report to us - maybe someone who is not attending the conference would have some input to give a conference attendee ( that is if they asked for it, ha ha).
Anyway, I'll leave it up to you and the others who are having coffee, but I just thought I'd put it out there.
Cheers, and thanks for organizing us poor conference-deprived folks!

I'm on board for the "chat"...hmmm....maybe an after conference chat also....there will be some times, I'm sure, LOTS of "rumors" going around and we can even start some of our own, while they are traveling back to their homes!!! LOL

For you guys who are not going to the conference who need something to celebrate, my birthday is October 23rd, so you guys can sing Happy Birthday to me.
Hey - how can we gossip about them behind their backs if they're checking in??? Michael has some dirt to share!
No, but seriously, that's a really good idea!
Tee hee, I only suggested that we do that for part of the meeting - there will still be lotsa time for gossip and innuendo and fibs and stuff.......
Besides from 2-4 on the 23rd, they (the others, I mean) will probably be partaking in sessions and learning stuff etc. I thought maybe they would find it in the goodness of their hearts to just leave us a message or 2 while they had free time - if they could be torn away from all the "entertainment".
Maybe they could give us a progress report on how things are going. I guess someone will have to work on convincing the conference go-ees that such a thing would be worthwhile. Afterall they will have to deal with us when they return.

Wow, there are at least four forum users birthdays in October, that I know of (including mine on the 29th, be sure to start your shopping early). What a great month that is! Any others out there?
We might just have to have alittle party to celebrate!
Playing devils advocate now but I wonder who is the oldest? Actually, I really don't want to know the answer to that.
Just a note to everyone, you can add your birthday to your profile, (you don't have to show the year) so that we can all wish you a Happy Birthday on your special day!
