Hi all. Last year was the first year that we had an integrated Admissions Office, Student Billing and Registrar's Office. The process wasn't very smooth as we were still operating under the non-integrated philosophy and steps. We wondering if anyone as an integrated AO, SB & RO and would be willing to share their processes and data flow.

I have written procedures for just the scenario you have mentioned- and just last year. I would be happy to e-mail you the document, and answer any questions you might have about it. I was asked to create them last spring after a merge and conversion the summer before- we worked out all the kinks during last admissions season and are looking foward to this one.

As requested, both of my procedures are in the shared files. (Sorry it took so long- it has been a busy month here.) There is a procedure for the rest of the school, and then one for me that details queries and Status Wizards that I use.
