Hi, We run EE through terminal services. We have 960kbps fractional T1 connections at our 3 satellite campuses, and a full T1 at our main campus. We have a net-to-net VPN in place, and the secretaries & principals at the other campuses use the remote desktop connection built into windows XP to connect to a server at the main campus, where the run EE. It works well. Installing patches and so forth takes a bit more time (you have to run a special command line switch when installing anything) but is otherwise pretty simple. The server wasn't too expensive - about $1000 for a 3Ghz processor with 3GB of RAM, and has plenty of power for everyone to use the program. If you have more specific questions, i'd be glad to answer them.
