Question Can I display RE Query Parameters in Crystal

Hi all. It's been a while since I've checked in at the Blackbaud User Society. Hope everyone is well.

All the Crystal XI reports I have written up until now have been connected directly to the Rasier's Edge SQL database and they have used Crystal parameters.

I am now attempting, for the first time, to write a Crystal report to be hung in the Custom Reports section of Raiser's Edge that is built from Raiser's Edge Export users the Blackbaud Report Writer Database (MDB) format. Kind of working backwards I suppose.

Since the query offers the user to select four parameters (Event ID, Participant Response, Participant Response Date, and Participant Has Attended (yes/no), I want to display the choices made.

Is there a way to display the parameters on my report? It doesn't appear as if they are passed through the export. Is there a way around this?

Unfortunately, not. The query only passes the record keys (and the sequence) to the export. It does not pass the parameters through. Since they're not in the export, there is no way to pull them into Crystal.
