Question Getting "blank" groups for newly added fund codes since writing report

I hope i can explain this...

I recreated the cash receipts journal report in crystal 8.5. I'm grouping on fund, then constituent, then show the details of the gift.

since i wrote this report, i have added 4 or 5 funds, and they aren't showing up. what happens is the gifts that the report can't identify are all at the beginning of the report with a blank fund ID and code description in the group section. but, the details will show up, the donor's name and the gift amount and everything else.

i wrote these reports 2 years ago, and i haven't done much cr work since then... so i know it's something i should know, but can't remember.

can someone jog my memory, or point me in the right direction?

THANKS!

i would check to see if the query that's pulling the data for the report has all the funds you need in the criteria. also, if you're grouping on a formula rather than just a fund and/or your display name for the field contains a formula you may have to edit it to contain the new funds you've added since you wrote the report.

my query was pulling the right funds, but i checked my export criteria on the fund id and description, and it wasn't!!!!! *slaps forehead* i think this may be the fix i was looking for. thank you!
