Rep Power: 0 | Zero amounts or restricting columns? Hi all, I have just completed the Blackbaud intro. crystal class and upon attempting to create the reports my managers need I have realized how little they taught us!
Can anyone help me with dealing with zeros or restricting columns to only certain sections of a report?
I am working on a report for our grants manager, and there are two columns, amount asked and amount funded (from the proposal tab in RE) that are giving me trouble. When the grant status is submitted or declined I don't want a bunch of zeros to show up in the report in the amount funded column, there should just be blank white space. Is there a way to have zero amounts just show as blank white space and not currency formatted zero amounts, or better yet, eliminate the amount funded column in the other two grouped fields, but keep it in the first one?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks! |
