Hello All,

Our campaign director created this report however it is saying that there are no records that match. Which doesn't make any sense. This is was we have:
General Tab: Date range: 2/1/03 - 2/05/08 on all our records
Filters: ADA Members; Friends (so all individuals); All Campaigns except our current one
Gift types: all except GIK's
Attributes NONE
Individual and Org Address: NONE
Detail: Detail Order by Constituent last name; Top Donor Criteria: Top 50 Count

And that’s it, and it comes up no record meets specified criteria. - Any ideas what are we doing wrong? It all seems very simple and I can't seem to figure out what is it that we are missing
I contacted BB support so I am still waiting.

On the Gift Types tab, what's checked off at the bottom? exclude zero amounts, use sale date.....etc.

Ok what is checked is:
excluded zero amount gifts and
use gift balance instead of gift amounts...

actually that didn't work either...i even unchecked everything and it didn't work and then I just left the exclude zero gift amount..and that didn't work either...

Filters: ADA Members; Friends (so all individuals) <--- what are these...constituent codes? If so, are you using Constituent code from the Constituent or from the Gift? There's a small check box at the top.
My first troubleshooting step would be to try the report without these filters see who you get, then look a few up and see why they didn't come out on your filtered report.

Ok..these are constitient codes....

BB finally contacted me and they requested that I remove include only certain campaigns, however I just don't want one of the campaigns listed because if it's included the first 50 ppl would be the campaign donors...any idea on how to exclude that one campaign?

btw: There are other campaigns listed but we (since I've been here) have never had another campaign...don't ask...

Ok...sorry got it...

I had to get rid of my campaigns...and take out the funds associated with the campaign which in turn reduces the number of gifts even if it was from the donors to the campaign...

some times ~ actually it seems like most times I have blanks in my head....duh I should've known that...
