Annual Statement Report question-dont print when there is no address
Hi everyone,
In line with the other posts today about EOY Giving statements here is another question.
I ran an Annual Statement Report and when I previewed it I was getting statements for people with no valid addresses.
I unchecked the constituents with invalid addresses option on the General tab.
On the Address tab the section specify what to print when no address is found, there is no way to say do not print.

Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks and have a great day

Mary Ellen, I'm on version 7.71 and on the Ind. (tab 6) and Org. (tab 7)Address tabs, on Step 4, we can choose on the drop down either: "Print with no address" and "Print specific address". You will still get the person's name listed but without an address; seems rather silly, huh? You could export the report as a Rich Text document then delete those that shouldn't receive a statement.
