Where in the heck the the registrant list go? I'm trying to get a count of all the registrants who said they will attend AND a count of their guests! CAN'T FIND IT...

I KNOW THEY had it in RE6!

I'm not sure such a thing exists in the canned reports for RE7. The closest thing might be the Event Lists reports. You can choose to show those who are registered and one of the fields it shows is Sponsor.

When I set up my events, I DO NOT USE GUESTS. To me, a Sponsor is like a Table Host, and a Registrant is someone who will be needing a seat. My Registrants all have Sponsors to indicate at whose table they will be seated.

Because they've made great stides with the events module in the last couple of versions, I find it MUCH more usable than it used to be. BUT, it's still not "there" yet. I have a number of Crystal reports that I use for check-in purposes: Seating by Table Host, Seating by Table Number, and Registrants (sorted by Name) with Sponsor and Table Number. Because I built these several years ago and they work beautifully, I haven't really investigated the use of Guests, other than to notice they seem to still be missing in the canned reports.
