The pay-cash would be on the individual records.
The Pledge is on the individual who made the pledge's record.
How I solved this:
There is no report that will do this, which I think is amazing. I called up support (and spoke to Charlie, who is excellent) and they confirmed this.
I did however get the info out by opening up the pledge gift record, hitting the top row, and going to edit/export into excel.

When you enter the gift, you can apply it to any open pledge by choosing Gift > Apply To > Pledge from the menu. In that dialogue box, there is a button to load pledges from other constituents. There is a table in the back end that stores the payment ID and the pledge ID.
