Invalid credentials for running in license-free mode
We use RE7 version 7.80.1122.50 to track our membership information and Galaxy Ticketing software for ticket purchases. The later product, Galaxy, has a utility called reconsole that uses the RE7 API to merge member data between the two programs. I have setup a test environment to test this merge/sync process before running it on our production databases and when I run the utility in an attempt to do the initial data merge between RE7 & Galaxy I keep getting an error messge "Invalid credentials for running in license-free mode". Has anyone seen anything like this and/or have any ideas what is going on?
Thanks,

I have never come across this specific message from the API. I wonder if it is something that Galaxy Ticketing software produces. Also the problem is that unless Galaxy have a BBDN (Blackbaud Development Network) serial number I don't really see how they could be offering an API application unless the you have an API licence (I don't mean a plugin here as anybody can use a plugin without having an API licence - I mean an executable or a plugin to a 3rd party application). I am not sure how the BBDN licence works but if their's has expired maybe that is the error message you are getting.
Lots of theories not really sure if any of them are rights.
I am not sure if Galaxy has an API license or not but they do require that we have an API license, which we do. It turns out that the Galaxy application was asking for an API license # and when I input ours it did not work, then when I finally left the API license number out it ran without error. So I am not sure what the real isue was. I have since upgraded to version 7.81 so hopefully I won't see this again.
Thanks for all the help!
