Has anyone tried to link Raiser's Edge to their call center software? We are planning an upgrade to our customer contact center/ call center/ phone bank. The question came up "Can we make RE open a record based on an incoming phone call".
We are pretty sure that this would involve using incoming caller ID software to grab the number and feed it to RE, which would then find and open the record containing that phone number. Seems like a good idea - have any of you tried it? Can you give us any advice, or share experiences?
