I have some concerns about AMPro.

The AMPro Integration module does not allow for the download of gifts from organizations.
I find this very short sighted, since 80% of all our auction donors are businesses in the area.

We take gift-in-kind donations to be auctioned off and there is a journal in which we sell ads.

I currently manually add gifts doing double entry which I hoped to prevent by purchasing over $6K in new software.

I'm not sure if anyone is experiencing this but I need a way to light a fire under Blackbaud.

We used Auction Maestro back in 2001 but when we upgraded to Windows XP their software was not compatable. They spent months promising us an updated version but we finally had to purchase new auction software. Because of their lack of success in the past I was not excited about the Blackbaud-Maestro relationship. We use currently use AuctionPay which has its own simple pre-made import/export system with RE which seems to work ok, at least better than manual data entry.

We are going through an evaluation of AMPRo versus our in-house auction application. For me hte integration is too good to pass up. Well, at least the stuff I have seen demoed.
