MapPoint2004

Does anyone out there use MapPoint2004 with RE. It was briefly introduced to us at a recent user group in April. From what I saw, it looks like something that we may definitely be interested in.

I've played around with it. It is very helpful for people who want to look at geographical distribution in a very visual way.

Basically it integrates with RE by putting a marker on a map for every address that is included in a particular query.

I've played around with it, too. There are actually some things that are easy to do with MapPoint that are difficult to do with RE. The two primary things are you can pull the results of an RE query into MapPoint and then further restrict it by either distance or travel time. You can then write this subset back to RE as a static query.

I haven't had much reason to use it at this job. At my last job, it would have been very helpful, but it didn't integrate well with that database system.
