Hey gang! Was wondering if anyone has a business case or support document they used to secure permission to attend this or another conference. I have been asked to put something together, but would prefer not to start from scratch.

I think it is sometimes necessary to defend coming more than once when sometimes the workshops are the same. I haven't had to do it formally but can see where somone would ask for it.
BB should take the lead on this and provide some stats about attendance and learning - maybe even create a template "case statement".

Sorry, Peter, I don't have anything formal written...but I would add to your case the upcoming launch of the new platform & RE8 next year - I suspect they will be covering alot of that at the Charleston conference? There was only one session in the recent Vancouver conference - but there will be alot of changes that I'm sure they will need to start talking about by November to get us onboard with this new platform - and all that customization comes with it.
