It was something that was discussed prior to me taking this new job but budget stuff recently has me scared. I submitted it in the budget but the budget has not been approved yet.
My attendance is in the budget so I'm planning on attending (unless my husband gets a job elsewhere and we move). This will be my first conference so I will need someone to 'hold my hand.'

I'll be at the conference (I live here in Charleston). For new people, I definitely think it's worth going. My 1st conference was 2 months after I started this job, so getting a chance to attend sessions for each product was very helpful.
I am planning on attending in November. It will be my first conference. I had registered to attend in 2005, but after the "twisted sisters" Katrina and Rita, all state travel was cut and I had to cancel. It's back in the budget, so I hope to make it this year.
I'm planning on attending. Pat there are plenty of us there who can do the Beatles thing and hold your hand! Don's a great tour guide, Drew is the ultimate crystal and chocolate guru and Peter's our esteemeed leader.
PS Kat's a great shopping buddy (and even willing to hike if needed LOL********)

I will have the shrimp, the BBQ, sweet tea, and you have to try the She Crab Soup. I do not know if I will be able to attend this year because our hospital is up for sale. We have 3 hospitals combined into one entity and the board is trying to work out the best deal to either sell them as one or sell them off individually. Hopefully this sale will take a long time and I will get to have some low country cooking again.
