When shall we begin to build our list of topics to discuss with Blackbaud for this year's Charleston? Who's going to do the surveys and manage the list this time? For those who managed the list last time are there things we should do differently/better this time around?

I've set you up as an Admin on the Ideas page. Beside every Idea you should now see a little link called "Admin Links". Let me know if you can see that, and we can get started on training you.
Pat Franklin has been great in helping me get this set up so she'll probably be involved too.

Then I went back to the bus re-clicked on the ideas page - got a page tried to log in and...
Error: '/home/blackbus/public_html/ideas/settings.php' was not found! Try renaming 'settings.php.default' to 'settings.php'
Please fix the above error(s), install halted!

bumpity bump bump. This isn't the big call to arms that will happen when all the Ideas from the Add Me to the List forum are created, but the tool is working properly and the data migration is almost complete.
The agenda items for our pre-conference meeting with Blackbaud will be determined by the number of votes each idea gets. Don't vote for something that doesn;t really affect you or the semi-scientific nature of the voting is damaged. The top X ideas in each category will be brought forward.
