One of the things I did at the Vancouver conference this year was regularly drop by the computer area in the Marketplace. I would change all the Internet Explorer home pages to the Forum

Any other ideas on similar things we can do at the conference to promote the forum?

- flyers
- nametag flags to identify us as forum members
- grafitti!
- skywriting

Seriously, whether it's buttons, pins, flyers, or...whatever, my first thought was "who's going to pay for it?"

Flyers might be the most inexpensive option. Maybe BB would be willing to include the flyers in the packets/info they provide to attendees. If not, they could be passed out by forum members and placed around in strategic areas such as meeting places, bulletin boards, etc.

I also like the nametag flags.

When you attend the conference BB gives you a name tag and based upon the software that you are using, you get an attachment to your name tag that might be BB Analytics, Gold User, The Raiser's Edge, Mentor, etc. Maybe BB would like to make a new one for the RE User's Group attendees?

You can purchase temporary tattoo kits. You can make up whatever design you wish and print it off any printer. Otherwise you can easily make stickers that you can put on your name tags.

Whatever we do, we'll need to do it ourselves.
