I think the first thing that we need to ask is, how long should we allow for each issue? What is the maximum amount of time and the average expected time? This will limit how many items that we can get through more than anything.
I realize that some issues are more complicated than others, so we need to take that into account as well.

We should have someone in charge of time at the meeting and at a certain point in each issue ask that we table the discussion until the end if there is time - to move on. A task master per se.
There's no way we are going to be able to address each issue. We can present them the entire list, but specific discussion will need to be limited.
We need to understand also that they might not be able to sit and debate with us the specifics of each issue. I'd like to suggest that we present them with a top 10 or 15, discuss ones that they CAN be specific about, but then direct the discussion more for evolving this process.
We created polls, and they were participated in by a few people. For a first run, I think it was a success in demonstrating the concept. Would a better use of the time be how we can evolve the concept and get more concrete information to the developers? Should we have monthly polls and always continue to create a "List"?
Whatever we decide, we need to get the info to them quick so they have a couple days to prepare any info they might have on rationale. If decisions were made to create a certain piece of functionality we don't agree with, we owe them to at least listen to their rationale.
I wanted this to be a constructive, creative process that will help to better the system, and I want to weed out any potential adversarialism, frustration, and anger before we actually sit down with them.

I agree that we need to limit how many get discussed, but, given who is attending from BB, it might be better to discuss evolving the process after the majority of the BB people have left. I think that they're going to be much more interested in specifics about what changes we want and why.

YES. (and I would be willing to continue to moderate them). I think the list and the polls are a valuable tool.
While I was hoping for a better "voter turnout" I think for the first time effort it went pretty well.
Do we want to focus on the top % or the top votes as listed in the report?
I think that would be the way to go... unless someone has an issue that they NEED to bring to the meeting that did not make the top count.

Good point. That would mean this would be a test run to see if this is a good method of having the discussion, and look at how furtehr discsussions might evolve.
I agree that someone needs to be the "speaker" for the forum. It's not my place to assume taht I would be taht person, since others have put in so much work to get this list and meeting organized.
