Rep Power: 0 | Entry Review and standards We have a new administrative assistant on staff who is to help me with data entry and updates in Raiser's Edge. Long story short, I have ran into numerous issues with errors, omissions, etc. and hesitate to continue letting her assist me. Upon further discussion with our executive director, he wants me to have an 'entry review' update with her after every project I ask her for help that will be placed in her personnel file. Does anyone currently have one for your employees. If you do would you be willing to share?
Also, do you have any data entry standards such as:
a. length of time to enter a new record
b. length of time to enter proposal data
c. length of time to do address updates
etc, etc.
I can do about 120 address updates an hour if I have no other interruptions and they are straight forward (i.e. single record, no spouse, no company affiliation). However, I am unsure if anyone would have any performance indicators in place to be able to review her abilities for an entry level data entry person.
Thanks,
