Before we upgraded to version 7, if I wanted to do the same thing with a query group, in records, I could input the query, and go from record to record within the query changing what I wanted to change. For instance, a query group of all kindergarten applications, to change the status field, one would be accept, then move to the next record WITHIN THE QUERY by hitting the arrow key, change status to deny, etc.

Well, now I'm trying to do that, and when I hit the arrow (next record) key, it gives me the next record within the database, not within that query. In order to move to the next record within the query, I have to save and close a record, then hit the "Open applicant" link. Oh, in that field it only shows the specified query, so I can move right on to the next record THERE, but it's an unnecessary and illogical move.

Am I doing something wrong? Can someone step me through it if I'm doing it wrong?
